Jesus often preached on the importance of servanthood, and before the Last Supper, He washed His disciple's feet in a final act of servitude. As seniors, we need to remember that the good work God has begun in us is never finished. There are always new opportunities to do His will and follow His examples.
1 Peter 4:10
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
At Park Regency Thornton, our community of residents is just like a family. It's this environment that's responsible for our caring atmosphere. We help each other just as you would help your brothers and sisters in your biological family.

Luke 22:27
For who is greater, the one who is at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who is at the table? But I am among you as one who serves.
Our staff at Park Regency Thornton is an extension of our family of residents. They minister in the spirit of servanthood. The Bible commands us to treat those who attend to us with respect and honor. Look for ways to show your appreciation for their willingness to serve.

Al Bethesda Senior Living Communities are mission-based and operate on a foundation of servanthood. Although the staff and residents become like family, your own family is still in need of things that only you can provide.
How to serve your family
As you share in the active social and spiritual life at Park Regency Thornton, don't forget that you’re part of a larger plan. Sometimes you're the servant, and sometimes you're being served. Follow Christ's example and cultivate an attitude of servanthood.
